An Amazing place to stay! Hotel Real Monasterio San Zoilo. On the Western side of the town of Carrión de los Condes on the Camino Frances. We loved this place so much.  When we arrived there, Pat was injured and needed rest and we were both in need of some quiet time. This place was perfect.

An hour after we checked in, we asked if we could stay the 2nd night! Lucky for us, they had 1 room left!

We normally stay in modest Camino accommodation such as Casa Rural (Bed and Breakfast) at about 20e / night each. But this was very special and worth every cent!

And Yes we did try a Parador once. This was better.
