Whilst I had planned to walk the VdlP in 2022, who knows what the future holds.
When will we be able to travel again?
How many Albergues will survive the shutdown?
I still hope to walk the another Camino but I don’t want to have any expectations of when that might be, what route or how future Caminos might need to change.
It will be what it will be, and there is nothing I or anyone else can do about it.
I just look forward to the day, ‘sometime’ when I can walk along across the beautiful Spanish countryside alone, with my thoughts, and feel that closeness with nature and our Maker.
