Day 26 – Getting Back on Track

by | May 20, 2018 | Health, Journey | 0 comments

So today we are trying to get our Camino back on track and start walking some decent distances.

Today we are trying 20 kilometers into Mansilla. Which should be manageable for Pat, given that it’s very flat all the way, on senda next to the main road.

And then tomorrow we are up for 18 kilometers into León.

If we can we’ll try getting to see another physio in León, I saw a very good one there the last time. It’s called SanaSport. They seem to be very experienced and deal with lots of local sports people.

So today will be a day of just head down monitoring hydration and making sure that Pat takes some anti-inflammatories and painkillers as soon she starts with her problems and hopefully we’ll have no dramas on this 20-kilometer stretch.
