I know that&#8217;s the one I&#8217;m going over because it&#8217;s lined with wind turbines all along the crest.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"aligncenter size-full\" src=\"https:\/\/robscamino.com\/2015\/wp-content\/uploads\/2015\/05\/walking-to-Alto-del-Perdon-1.jpg\" alt=\"Alto del Perdon\" width=\"360\" height=\"640\" \/><\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>I now feel a spring in my step as I get out of the city and back on to the open road with my first objective in sight.<\/p>\n<p>I hope the weather is good today because I&#8217;d like to spend some time at the top of\u00a0<a href=\"https:\/\/robscamino.com\/2015\/3rd-of-may-the-wind-farm\/\" target=\"_blank\">Alto del\u00a0Perd\u00f3n<\/a><em><strong>,\u00a0<\/strong><\/em>having a picnic lunch and reflecting.<\/p>\n<p>It&#8217;s amusing who you see on the road, at the last few minutes, I&#8217;ve been watching a French couple walking in front of me.<\/p>\n<p>The husband is acting like a beast of burden carrying a rather large pack, whilst his wife carries nothing.<\/p>\n<p>She seems to be berating him every few steps to keep up. <em>Poor bugger<\/em>.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Finally I&#8217;m coming to the outskirts of Pamplona and just as I come over, all eyes on the road, I see Alto del Perd\u00f3n off in the distance.
